FTP Uploading

If you are sending your files via email, please note that we cannot accept files over 4 MB through our mail server. Please use our FTP server to upload large files.

Please contact to apply for a secure username and password for our FTP server or if you require technical assistance.

NOTE: Please compress your files. This reduces the risk of files getting corrupted during the transfer. We recommend Stuffit for Mac users and WinZip for PC Users.

For trackability, all uploads must be accompanied with an email to . This email needs to include:

• The name of the file uploaded
• The size of the file
• The type of files within the compressed archive (Illustrator EPS, Photoshop PSD, MPEG, etc.)
• A description of the files within the compressed archive (Client's name, Project name, etc.)
